In exceptional situations, requests for batch rescheduling may be considered solely at the discretion of the program management.
Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered:
- an alternative batch,
- rescheduled sessions,
- recorded access,
- or equivalent program value.
Direct monetary refunds may remain subject to management discretion.
5. Access to Digital Content
Any access provided to:
- recordings,
- learning resources,
- templates,
- downloadable materials,
- presentations,
- or digital assets
is intended solely for the registered participant.
Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes raised after accessing program content, sessions, or resources may lead to:
- immediate termination of access,
- legal action where applicable,
- and recovery proceedings for losses incurred.
7. Acceptance of Policy
By registering, enrolling, or making payment through the website, the participant confirms that they have:
